On completing your order, by clicking on “Pay Now,” you are indicating that you have accepted the entirety of the present General Terms of Sale.
PRICE
Prices for our publications are given in Canadian dollars, including taxes. Shipping costs are not included. These costs are not automatically and immediately calculated on filling your first shopping basket and will therefore not appear in the final amount when you complete your order. Please refer to the following table of shipping costs to estimate the cost for shipping your order. Customs fees that may be applicable for purchases made outside Canada are the customers responsibility.

Canada +U.S :+8$ (for purchases under 28$); +15$ (for purchases between 29-200$); +20$ (for purchases between 201-350$); +25$ (for purchases 351$ and up)
International : +9$ (for purchases under 28$); +22$ (for purchases between 29-100$); +45$ (for purchases 101-200$); +78$ (for purchases 201$ and 350) + 85$ (for purchases 351$ and up)
ORDER/PAYMENT
PayPal
You may buy publications online. To insure the security of online purchase, OPTICA uses PayPal’s secure payment services. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information and allows you to shop online without communicating your financial data to third parties.
Cheque
You may make your purchases by cheque (in Canadian Dollars). Just fill out the order form and send it to us with a cheque made out to OPTICA. We will send you your order with a receipt as soon as payment is received.
In the Gallery
Publications may also be bought in the gallery and paid for by cheque (in Canadian Dollars), VISA, or cash.
SHIPPING
Books will be shipped to the address indicated on your PayPal order form. The order will be sent within 5 days of receiving payment. Note that OPTICA is closed for the months of June and July. During this period orders may take longer than 5 business days to process. OPTICA uses Canada Post for delivery; time of shipping will vary according to destination.
RETURNS
For reasons of copyright protection, it is not possible for us to accept returns for publications purchased at OPTICA, nor can we reimburse customers for them, unless an error was made in preparing the order.
